Women's Forum

Women’s Forum membership is not determined on the basis of a person's sex, race, religion, national origin, ancestry, creed, sexual orientation, gender identity or physical, mental, emotional or learning disability. Although the Women’s Forum focuses on the experience of people who identify as women on CMC’s campus, we strongly believe that women’s experiences are relevant to all students and are committed to improving the CMC community as a whole.

The Women's Forum creates a space to talk about issues affecting women on CMC's campus and throughout the world. Events are designed to promote dialogue and create bonds between peers.

Accomplishments

The Women’s Forum holds regular bi-weekly meetings open to the entire CMC community regardless of gender identity where we discuss issues relating to gender on campus and around the world. We also facilitate mentoring among women on campus and plan community building and professional development events. We’re planning a body positivity week and an annual plate smashing finals de-stress event. We’d love for you to join us at any of our meetings or events. Come for the trader joe’s snacks and stay for the community!
