Zen Yoga Club

Take an hour out of your Saturday to take care of your mind and body! Our certified yoga instructors will lead physical, mental, and breathing exercises to help you relax and reduce stress. Classes will include Vinyasa Flow, Healing and Balancing Yoga, and Dance Yoga.
