When buying items for your club or organization, make sure that you are following ASCMC expense policy guidelines. If you spend money for your organization and need to get reimbursed, you can do so in the following ways:

Additional Funding
The Campus Organization Fund is managed by the Vice President of Campus Organizations. It serves as a resource for new campus organizations without a yearly allocation, as well as established campus organizations with unforeseen expenses for new events or initiatives. The fund is allocated based on requests received throughout the year.
