Claremont McKenna Mock Trial
Claremont McKenna Mock Trial has a unique identity. While many programs sharply divide training for witness and lawyer roles, CMCMT strives to give students a holistic view of the mock trial process, focusing on skills beneficial to both roles. Competing in Mock Trial emphasizes a wide variety of skills ranging from public speaking to acting to problem solving and analytical thinking. Our program focuses on five central components: effective presentation, form of a trial, facts of the case, common patterns, and the rules of evidence.
