SENIOR CLASS PRESIDENT

Biography

Hello, I am Reid Jones, and I am your Senior Class President! I am very excited to run it back with you all for another year and hoping to build upon our community for our last year. I am from the suburbs of Chicago and moved to Sacramento in high school. I'm a captain on the CMS Basketball team and love hanging around the team. In my free time, I usually spend time messing around my friends, study in the library and of course, nap.

Responsibilities  

The Senior Class President is responsible for planning 200 Days, 100 Days, the Vegas Trip and various class events throughout the year. They also act as the liaison for the senior class and must regularly attend Executive Board and Senate hearings. They should also expect to meet frequently with the Dean of Students office. Class presidents should also maintain a class cabinet, comprised of fellow students to provide counsel and help execute events. The Senior Class President also graduates as their class president, and so is President for Life. In this role, they are on the Alumni Board and play a role in community building and reunions post CMC.
