BLACK MEN IN LEADERSHIP

BMIL is a diverse group of black men who collaborate on various projects including hosting discussions and events, media production such as videos and podcasting, as well as various acts of service including mentorship and tutoring for local young black males. We work together to create our own definitions of what it means to be a leader in today’s society. Together we share our stories about how we got to where we are today, especially against the unique odds that we face, and make strategic plans for the future. We prioritize unity over uniformity and bringing different perspectives together to do great things. BMIL is also community where members can find friends with similar interests that they can pursue together. We hope to inspire each other and the next generation of black male leaders. We are Diversely Unified and we are actively creating Our Own Narratives.
